Shipment within Europe (outside of Germany)
You will not be charged for postage and packaging on orders over 300 Euro.
I charge 15 Euro postage for orders under 300 Euro..

There is no German VAT on shipments to countries outside of the EU. Please be aware of the fact that, upon receipt of the shipment, you may have to pay duty and import sales tax at a rate equal to your local VAT.
The amount of the invoice is calculated like this: price / 1.19 + shipping. |

Orders are shipped outside of Europe by German Post/DHL.

Engraving
Of course all of our silver items can be individually engraved.

I grant a 3 % discount on every invoice (except for gift certificates) paid within ten days.
The discount is deducted immediately when you pay COD, with a credit card or in advance.
I would be happy to discuss discounts greater than 3 % on orders over 500 Euro.

Right to object |
You are not committed to your order
if you revoke it within two weeks of receipt of the shipment. You need not state a reason for revoking the order. The order must be revoked in writing on a permanent data medium or by returning the shipment. The deadline is considered to be met if the revocation is mailed on time to the follwing address:

The right to object does not apply to special orders or to items that have been modified (such as engraving).
If the item has been damaged, the cost will be invoiced and withheld.
Keep in mind that our products are usually polished, and that the polish and silver plating may need to be refurbished after even one use.
If you decide to return your purchase, you should not use the silver piece.
Upon receipt of the shipment and your order
cancellation, I am obligated to refund any payments. You are obligated to sufficiently insure your return shipment.
You will be reimbursed for return shipping. (valid only for orders from EU countries)
In case of orders from non-EU-states you have to pay all shipping costs. They will be withheld.
